Infinity Vanilla Tart

If you are a vanilla fan, this is the dessert for you. Recipe by Pierre Hermé. Pate sucree, vanilla white chocolate ganache, a disc of vanilla spoon biscuit and vanilla mascarpone mousse, covered in a vanilla glaze, circled with unsweetened cacao nibs.
