Black & White Tart
There is no key ingredient here. The thin base of the tart – pate sucree, then a soft baked layer of brown butter financier, blueberry jelly and on top - drops of whipped dark chocolate ganache and whipped caramelized white chocolate ganache. All together fits into one dreamy bite like a beautiful harmony.
